1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and gtc77 ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the gtc77 website located at https://gtc77.io and all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of services available on the gtc77 Platform — including casino games, sports betting, and bonus participation — you are required to create a registered account. The following terms govern account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on the gtc77 Platform. Maintaining multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or pending withdrawals.
• Accurate Information: You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. • gtc77 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply transaction fees independently of gtc77.
• Deposits made using payment methods that do not belong to the registered account holder will be rejected and refunded to the source.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed within a target timeframe of a few hours for bKash and Nagad, subject to verification requirements and platform review procedures.
• The minimum withdrawal amount and any applicable processing fees are displayed within the account cashier at the time of the withdrawal request.
• gtc77 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or transactions above specified thresholds.
• Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit ("return to source" policy), except where expressly agreed otherwise by gtc77 in writing.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account on the Platform.

• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.

• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gtc77, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:
